Castor Oil Packs - to reduce period pain and stagnation
What is castor oil? What are the benefits of castor oil? How to make and use a castor oil pack
Menstruation pain during bleeding or ovulation is a sign of stagnation. A castor oil pack over the painful area will ease the pain and reduce the stagnation which causes the pain. Castor oil penetrates deeply, soothes the nervous system, calms vata, breaks up stagnation and restores proper flow.
Castor oil packs are very useful for regulating menstruation, reducing heavy bleeding and clots, shrinking masses such as fibroids and cysts.
Castor oil can also be used to massage the breasts to reduce fibrocystic breast tissue and promote good circulation.
